Senior Program Manager
In my current role, I integrate learning and development with continuous improvement and content management. I design curriculum, foster a community of practice, and collaborate closely with executive leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful solutions. Learning & Content Manager
Managed the learning function for a business unit, spearheading the launch of a continuous improvement program and delivering training enterprise-wide. Additionally, served as administrator for the learning management system.
Training Manager
Designed and implemented an onboarding program tailored for an organization with a significant influx of new hires, comprising 36% of associates. Developed and launched a "Train the Trainer" initiative for senior leaders and established a management training program aimed at supporting new and developing managers.
Technical Writer & Training Specialist
As an IT consultant, I created user guides, quick reference guides and job aids to facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additionally, I designed and delivered instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for end users throughout the organization.
Operations Manager
Managed a team of 20-40 direct reports across multiple regions within a global financial services company. Relocated to Warsaw, Poland to support Global Transformation initiatives, where I designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program. Additionally, provided training and management coaching to enhance operational effectiveness.
Operations Work Director
Played a key role on the international onboarding team for commercial partners, focusing on the global Oracle ERP implementation. Developed comprehensive training materials and procedures, conducted instructor-led training sessions, and established a Train the Trainer program. Facilitated process improvements for the workflow management system, enhancing operational efficiency.
